What would working with me for nutrition look like?

There are a few steps here that I am going to outline for you so that you have the most information before you embark on this journey!

Step 1: Schedule a free initial consultation with me

  • This way you can outline your major concerns and what has led you to choose this journey. You can take the time right out of the gate to figure out your biggest ‘why’ for wanting to make these changes and together we can decide if working with me is the right fit. If so, you sign on for a 3 month package!

Step 2: Complete the paperwork

  • During our call I will add you to my practice on “Practice Better” where you will get an email to create a login. From there, you will complete 4 forms. [Liability form, Intake questionnaire, The NAQ, and a 7-day Food and Mood Journal]. These forms allow me to garner the best information on what may be contributing to your concerns.

Step 3: The initial interview

  • Since conducting  the necessary paperwork, this is our first meeting where we will go over everything you submitted so that I am able to ask clarifying questions and get an idea of any barriers you may be experiencing that would make creating these shifts more difficult. This session deepens my understanding of all the information you submitted and allows me to complete an in-depth analysis and find the root cause to what is contributing to your symptoms.

Step 4: The follow-ups

  • We will continue to meet every 2 weeks to go over the nutritional and lifestyle recommendations that we agree upon. At the beginning of each month [from your purchase date], you will complete another NAQ and food and mood journal, as well as a follow up form so that we can track your progress and you can see the shifts for yourself. 

At the end of your 3 months, we can decide together if continuing on would be a good idea. You can purchase another 3-month package which would give you continued high-level access to me via the messaging app, as well as continued follow-ups every other week to keep you moving toward your highest goals. Or, you can purchase a monthly membership for 1 session with me / month at a discounted rate.
