Upon seeking more help, I learned that I was severely deficient in minerals, and had a large accumulation of toxins within my body. These two factors together were wreaking havoc on my mental and emotional health. Once I supplemented with the minerals I was deficient in, it felt like my feet touched the ground for the first time in years and I was no longer living inside my head. I could make sound decisions about how I was going to react - rather than simple reacting. It blew my mind the way these deficiencies and toxins had affected my life. Once I balanced my minerals, changed my diet, removed stress (both physical and mental) - I felt like myself again.
Now, I’m happy to say that I love being alive and I welcome every aspect of it from the pain to the joy. I am able to control my reactions to my emotions and feel confident knowing that my body has the resources it needs to regulate itself. There isn’t much I love more than taking nature walks with my dog (Dodo), connecting deeply with other people, and helping individuals who are suffering the same way I had been, to come out on the other side to feel in control, grounded, and peaceful.
Over the last 8 years while working in the health and wellness industry, I have created a signature methodology that helps my clients reach their goals as quickly as possible, while still allowing room to treat the person, and not just their symptoms. The WELL method has 4 solutions that include Wisdom, Enrich, Level-out, and Liberate. Each solution has specific tactics that guide me when I coach my clients that have led to amazing outcomes and not only a significant reduction in anxiety, but the awareness on how to manage it when life inevitably gets thrown in the way.
