I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and I help you relieve anxiety, naturally
My purpose in life is to help you find and resolve the root causes of your anxiety so you can live the life you were meant to.
I’m sure you’re keenly aware that mental health struggles hold you back from so much in life. Maybe for you that means not pursuing your passion, or interacting with loved ones in a negative way, or worrying so much about pleasing the people around you, or not trusting yourself to make decisions on your own. However, anxiety doesn’t have to run your life.
Anxiety and mental health issues affect the way think, act, empathize, and go after the things we want in life. The term “be afraid, and do it anyways” is hard to understand when you are plagued with chronic anxiety from the moment you wake up to the moment your head hits the pillow.
My goal is to guide you through my methodology giving you strategies, tools, and support that relieves your anxiety and helps you live in the present feeling grounded, calm, and confident.
You are not your symptoms or your diagnosis but, you are human. Anxiety is a sign that there is an imbalance in your body. By rebalancing your body, you become realigned with who you truly are so you can live an intentional and meaningful life.

I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who specializes in mental health and anxiety. Around 5 years ago, my digestion went downhill and not too long after my mental health took a nose dive. I was living in a constant state of anxiety with moments of depression, panic, rage, suicidal ideations, and dissociation. I was terrified. And all I could feel was lost, hopeless, and confused.
I was doing everything ‘right’. I was going to therapy, exercising, practicing meditation, doing somatic work, trying to re-organize my brain. I was doing it all! But I still felt no progress, and if I did - it was short lived.
But then I addressed some deficiencies and it’s like all joy and hope came back. I could see a light at the end of the tunnel. I dove head first into nutrition and now have helped many people do the same using nutrition and lifestyle techniques.
From my own work, and helping others I birthed into creation my signature methodology that walks individuals through how to use natural and holistic measures to relieve anxiety, for good.
